Bones tends to mind
his own business.

That’s just the way he is.

He’s not prone to run his mouth
about what other people do.

He’s had too much experience
with folks running their mouth off
about what he does
to pull that kind of stuff
on other people.

Bobby

Thanks James,

I'm pleased you enjoyed the poem.  It's good to be that way.

I like that about Bones. He learns from living! Live and Learn as the saying goes!

I like Bones because he has a lot of integrity - kind of like .. hmmmmm ... thinking here.  Kinda like ... Bobby?

Hugs to you,
Alison

Thanks dear Linda,

It's true that Bones tries to learn something new every day.  That goes a long way in keeping him out of trouble.

That's the best thing to do, is to mind our own business.

yah, you don't just want to tell everyone  what you know. It comes at a price: sharing information. You share with trusted friends I like your story. Brings back memories. not knowing what's going down on the street can get you hurt. if you go to the hospital it's not like you get top quality care. It's not like you are a citizen.

Thanks dear Oklahoma Rose,

You have the right idea Hon.  When you get right down to it, that's where the money is.

Thanks GBride,

What you say is true.  That's why police, when they find you lying in the street, they say "citizen down".
