Oh, dear Bill, now this is totally after my heart. Spectacular mountain scenery and beautifully matching romantic words.

I am sure the moon records your whispers ....

I've never seen mountains in real life.

Great write. It's always impressive to me when someone can write about falling in love with the Earth.

I love my dog, and my truck. It's that simple, really.

Margherita - as you know I love the moon, especially on a starlit night with moonbeams shining down. Very romantic for sure...

shellie - and my pleasure to read your gracious comments...

viking_metal - the earth is a beautiful place, especially here in British Columbia. I see mountains with glaciers, clear cool rivers flowing, and all the wildlife one could think of. I love my dog also, and my truck, and find life can be simple...

Lindsay - my friend, you are a special person...

Bill

This is a comforting poem.  It is one that makes you think and you can feel your body relaxing and your mind think wonderful things.  Very nice - I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

Yo Bill,

This is a nice picture/poem combination.  Stop whispering to the moon though.

jbstillwater - I'm glad you liked the writing, and the last line...

Ariana - inspiration comes from words as in your reply, and also others. Nothing like the mountains, and the moon at night. Oh, that darn moon does strange things...

miscellanea - the glacier can be seen just across the river, and I see it every day...

Greeneyes - beauty is in nature, and the way one sees it with their eyes, as you do...

Sharon - sometimes when whispering the moon seems to answer back...

Bobby - I've tried to stop whispering to the moon, but to no avail. Must be something about it...

Astonishing what some people can do with words... This is the first poem I've see from you (I'm pretty new,) and I'm very impressed.  Maybe I'll go find some more...
Hmmm... I think heart beat should be heartbeat (all one word) but I'm not for sure.
Beautiful writing

This is just how the mountains look on the road to Anchorage in the winter.  The moon creeps over the mountains just like that and I have yet to capture it in a picture.  The poem is perfect with the picture, Bill.  You do these so well.

vandana - thanks for coming by...

D. Lester Young - appreciate your reply...

angellea - beautiful are your kind words...

crosscountry83 - I'm glad you liked this humble writing, and thank you for coming by. I believe 'heart beat' is correct the way it's used in this writing, but thanks for this comment about it. Hope you find a few writings and like them as well...

Oklahoma Rose - at times the picture and poem come together. Thanks for your kind words...

Linda - love your word splendiferous, most magnificent... Hugs to you...

Alison - thank you from the north country way up in Alaska. I'm sure you will capture that photo. Many nights like this in the BC mountains...

Blues One - thanks for coming by and leaving your gracious words...

2islander2 - one of my favorites is seeing the moon at night. At times it answers when I whisper thoughts to it...
