There are doors and other doors,
the outside doors for entering into the forest,
to surprise shadows of perfumed black oaks
or to fly all over green ondulating canopy,
and there are inside doors for entering
in the large exile of director’s offices,
to face society and conformism at work,
to be harassed and submitted to indignation,
and you escape from these haunting doors
knowing that afterall there are transforming
doors at home like poetry or friendship
or someone to think of.

You know what "they" say right?  Every time one door closes another opens, and thank goodness!

Greetings, Yann the Man.

There are doors ~ and then there are DOORS!

I like the ones that open to forests with "perfumed black oaks with a "green undulating canopy". I also am partial to "doors at home like poetry or frindship or someone to think of".

Love can open any door!

Love & Light,
Linda

Oh, dear Yann, what a wonderful conclusion to your great philosophical reflections around doors!

I adore this too, it is uplifting and encourages to move through the doors with confidence, to face whatever we find behind them, whether there will be sheer beauty or tough challenges. We must be brave and daring and LIVE to the fullest.

Love,
Margherita

Yann, this is absolutely beautiful and I love it.

Do you know what I see?  I see a long series of many, many poems about these doors, each one as beautiful and as excellent as the one before, with all your readers, waiting in anticipation, on the edge of their seats, for the next one.  Now, after that, you wouldn't disappoint me, would you?  Pretty please?  With smiles?  You wouldn't have to write them all at the same time.  You could write one at a time when the inspiration comes to you - with even long gaps in between, if you need them (but numbered (pretty please with smiles?) so we can save them and read them in the order they were written).  What do you think of my request?  (I hope you don't read it as an order/command.)
