lay palms before my feet
sweet Judas

prophesy that I am
only

even as you anoint
these lips

cataracts fall from
searchless windows

illuminate
I
am
not

Powerful, yet subtle! I suppose that's an oxymoron. But it's how I perceive this brilliant piece of writing!

"cataracts fall from
searchless windows"  ~ Dang, yer good!

Nor am I ...

This intrigues me tremendously.

"Sweet Judas" ... he loved too much and couldn't see or know of the greater design, he was actually the one who loved Him most ... that's why I love your combination of "sweet" with "Judas" who in the eyes of the majority just means "betrayer". Might be used in a metaphorical way, but being a passionate defensor of this unhappy disciple, I just needed to say what's on my mind.

"cataracts fall from searchless windows" ... powerful imagery.

I am captivated by your mind.

Love,
Margherita

Not TRULY, as you're wearing a weddin' rang in your picture, I see....

But mostly.

You can polish me and put me anywhere you like!

:O :O :O

That was a joke. I mean, come on. I was set up for that one.

Yes mah deah, that certainly is my wedding rang, and a happy one at that...but I would still like you above my fireplace.

I have started this collection you see, of viking poets' that wear their hearts on their sleeves..

Ummm...

This is just between you and I, but I'm actually not a viking. I'm mostly just a guy. I have a beard though. Maybe that counts?

Well duh.

Have you ever actually seen a viking in a Gillette commercial?

I think not.
