I sat at the desk
Looking at the window
framing the clouds in the sky,
the green lawn reaching out to carpeting the orchard.
Sun,  in the shades of those trees
Studying the  mysterious  earth

Friends in other end of the world,
Sent a massage, saying that she is  growing  old

Who can ignore
the wrinkles folding by time
in the mirror of our esteem

Through the window
the eternal life
Shown  by heavenly fingers
For Many, many years

Hi, Mcmust! Welcome to piptalk!

"I sat at the desk
Looking at the window
framing the clouds in the sky,"

~ You effectively set the scene and the tone of the poem, right from the get go!

Giving you a warm, welcoming pip hug,

Earth Angel
