Love in Action

If one could convince themselves
of almost anything they wished
of what would they choose
of which to be convinced.
I choose love,
choosing to believe
that love exists,
and if love truly does exist
it would seem a hard thing
for the true desirers of love
to ignore or resist.
And yet some
only like to
say the words,
not willing to go much farther,
they choose to speak
the words of love
as if love in action
doesn't matter.

you can always tell by the actions
words erase without deeds
you know that well

Love can be expressed in so many different ways. Words hold energy, words of love emanate energy of love, it is one way to live love. The deeds are more tangible actions of love, no doubt.

The ideal seems to be words accompanied by concrete action, no doubt.
