.

July night
And the air
Is finally cool

There is so little
Wind among the trees
The leaves hardly move

Yet what old man
Are your thoughts about

Mute as ever
Beneath summer stars
Somehow lost
In another mood

Ah yes
Now I remember

The new snow
On her umbrella
Under a gibbous moon

Yo John,

Another memorable print—you’ve done good work on this poem.

Loved it!  Visual and important in its message.  I love the last two lines.  You can write!

What a lovely scene you've painted here.
