~ Realms of enchantment ~

When the quiet breath of midnight
Sighs o’er the drowsy miles
Bringing a sense of peacefulness
From dreamlands mystic miles

The gentle moonbeams twinkling
May tease the tidal sweep
A sight that’s truly wonderful
A performance on the deep

A lunar kiss to touch my mind
That soothes the velvet scene
Yet plays a part in daytime’s pace
Haunting a pleasant dream

I will think of the starlit ocean
Where soft winds gently croon
And dancing snow-white horses
Serenade the smiling moon

An enchanting world unfolding
Till dreamtime hours depart
To tantalize my sleeping
And mesmerize my heart

Mesmerizing, yes!

To read you is like being on a swing, it gives a feeling of blissful harmony with what is.

Dear , I do believe that your poetry should be read world-wide before on retiring for the night. I doubt that there would be an insomniac left standing, so to speak! lol

I thoroughly enjoy your poetry!

Love & a hug,
EA
