a rose

we had a secret
where there could be none
we grew a rose
where there was no sun
we had such passion
where none was allowed
we shared a love
but never out loud

Very nicely "confessed", dear Tim!

Secret love has its charms no doubt.

Right on, Alison! Not only beautiful but its brevity enhances its impact. Well done!
