SMACK – the loud sense of intelligence bewilders.
Dawning abilities ride down cobbled streets.

ESCAPE – all thinking pushes lonely retreats.
I’m a painted wraith of biro and beach sand.

CHILD – I’m locked at the jubilee table,
sipping ginger beer,  wet-kissed by poisoned ‘aunts’.

SMALL – coerced into kneading dough
Plaited hair, bowed, awe inspiring ahhh’s and sharp pulls.

GROWN – sepia squared the living dead smile
toothed barks, dogs ragged in sprightly days past.

LOST – tattooing paper – scrawling mud flats
or clicking keys amidst golden slatted sunblinds.

WHIST –  A dissected sonnet, pitted with counts
and apple pie finger dabs, shrieks firebrand names.

SONIC – Triplets in a trice – a tricycle – triangular beats
phonics resonate, reverberate and point to shrill tears.

HERMETIC  – at random tigers spring and fade,
gripping minds, lock jawed. I weave gullible laces.

This brought smiles!

All very interesting, dear Hazard,  a very special offering.
