Forever In Your Heart

0 posted 2009-06-26 06:38 PM

A beautiful soul has flown,
left us here to weep,
no one has ever touched so many,

Born a gifted child before his time,
sent to remind us of love, unity,
beyond color, race, a child like faith,

He had so much love to give,
yet he died and suffered loneliness,
a grieving heart seen in his eyes,

How much pain he must have been in,
the drugs could no longer mask it,
the emotional mask came off,

AS he lay there, lifeless, breathless,
he was at peace, getting to be that child,
the one he never got to be so long ago,

It is so sad, that the only love he knew,
was from his fans, when inside he wanted more,
to be accepted, to be human like we all are,

He gave so much of himself out of love,
until he had nothing more to give,
he tried, but couldn't go on,

His music, his words, the sound of his voice,
touched millions, and will continue to do so,
he tried to bring peace, love, togetherness,

Now his voice is silenced, no more will we hear,
inspiration, dancing, like that ever again,
he was a supernova, once in a lifetime,

He made me feel love, emotion, feel the music,
his spirit, his soul will live on ,
touching, reaching out with a message,

to generations to come, will they hear it?
heed to it?, the earth suffered a loss,
a gift, there will never be another Michael Jackson,

Today, I cry, for the love he gave, the charities,
the music and songs that touched hearts,
all he ever wanted or needed was love....

A quick get rich target for many, suing,
being used, by vultures and vampires,
the innocent of hearts gets attacked in this world,

Peter pan, is finally in never never land,
enjoy your peace, Michael, dream your dreams,
be free, be happy, you don't have to give anymore...

With your childlike faith....
you are finally loved now, being yourself, unconditional,
rest, rest, rest your dear sweet soul
you are finally happy now, you are loved,
more than you will ever know.

Yo dear A Romantic Heart,

This is a nice tribute, I rather like it.  It's well written too.

It is so nice to see a such a touching tribute amidst all the banter, bashing and rumors. Michael Jackson was a musical genius, and should be remembered as such. Thank you, ARH, for this respite, and this beautiful tribute.
