I want to be the wind
That comes to you across the plains
To be the ocean boundless
As I swallow your rain

Arms outstretched
With head back, I look to the sky
Let the drops fall on my face
To drown what I feel inside

I am to be the youth in you
Feel me, I am all that you desire
If life is but a short journey
Then for now, I will be your inner fire

That first stanza is one of the most mindblowing things I've ever read.

Beyond impressed with this write.

Out west, you'd be a Santa Ana wind...super hot.
Seriously, I have to agree that first stanza is awesome!
