So Amelia is now 1 year old!!.. She's still insainly beautiful and she makes me smile on the outside and in.. So here's a poem and some pictures for you!!

First Birthday

And Santa Came To Visit

Now For The Poem ...

You Saved Me

You stood me up on trembling knees
The only one to hear my pleas
You wiped my face, cleared the tears
Comforted my anxious fears
You pulled the razor from my wrist
Before it even made a slit
You took the rope from around my neck
Said my life was not to wreck
You pulled me from my self-dug hole
Helped me reach a simple goal
You walked me down the crowded hall
Held my had so I wouldn't fall
You put forth much effort and strife
I give you credit for saving my life

And All Because You Called Me Mumma..

Jess, you have the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen. I always thought to myself that you would make a wonderful mom, and im positive that is nothing but the truth. You are so gifted as a writer and you have a
beautiful heart in you. Never stop believing in yourself.
This is a wonderful write, as are all the rest. And like lots of your other poems this one makes me cry. You always find the words for things.

Keep smiling pretty girl. I know you'll change the world some day, but don't worry 'cause I'll catch you if you fall.
