It's been a while. Have been museless for ages.

Spiralling

Running, fleeing, pounding feet
Running senseless without beat
Never stop to look behind
Eyes are open but running blind

Racing on, stitch by my side
Narrowed eyes turning wide
Stuck in a moment, caught in time
High on motion it feels sublime

Thoughts are trampled underfoot
Mind is spiralling, won’t stay put
Arms outstretched towards the past
Slow by head, feet think too fast

Tripping, falling, fallen down
Failing now to stand our ground
Face to sky and earth to cheek
Blinking at the world oblique

Lying, spinning, underneath
Frowning down with crooked teeth
Smile frozen in the descent
Thoughts are crushed, breath is spent

Running, fleeing, broken feet
Running senseless within defeat
Never stopping, never still
If I don’t stop then no one will.

looking back and learning

easy to say but hard to do...
your right...can't help but tripping and falling

don't know when i will learn to weave the threads the right way!

This is really good, but I just can't get over all the "ing's"
