As I see your heart
The girl I knew before is falling apart
I can’t see her enough
How far will I race to find your hand?
Let’s get on the road now
How far will I drive into the night with you?
I thought I was the only one
Now I have to wonder where you’ve been
I don’t want to live like this anymore

I’ll remember everything
It won’t ever let me go
I don’t want to go back this time
I don’t want to let go

What’s wrong with my head?
Do I always have to pretend this is my life?
This struggle is tearing me apart
Where’s the place I want to be?
I don’t want to let it pass
Let me know when this ends

The road has grown dark
This story has been left behind
How many hours till I can call myself the king of resent
I have nothing left to shout now
