Alone, lost, & saddened, I lie awake Filled with misery, consumed, by heartbreak Floating in the sea of my tears Blown by the wind of despair There is only one that can rescue me, But he doesn't even care So I guess I'll forever be stranded Left alone to drown in my sorrow Alone with memories of yesterday Abandoned the hope for a better tomorrow My soul is in so much pain My back to the sky, I can feel the sun But blinded by the rain Woe is me Until I love again I'm lost at sea |
