I don't need to dream
to know I fell in deep
Your face haunts my mind
while I lie in sleep

Your touch sends shivers
up and down my spine
I feel you and my heart
slowly becoming intertwine

I look at the stars
and wish you were here
But I cry knowing that
my wishes never appear.

You smile every time
I catch a glance
You got me under spell
Holding me in a trance

But I feel that this
will find its end
And that we'll only come out
just as friends...

ever see the Ryan Reynold's movie, Just Friends?

made me think of that. If all she thinks of you is, as a friend, then either accept it for what it is, or move on. There are plenty of girls that are going to want your affection!

Yeahh. The only problem is that she's my ex. girlfriend... sorta place in a awkward position you know?..

ugh. she's an ex for a reason though, right?

try paying attention to another girl and all that fun stuff. Some girls like a challenge. If they think they can't have you, then they want you more. Stupid, I know, but still...

I hope it works out for you, no matter what.

Hahaha. Sounds like reverse psychiatry to me. But eh I'll give it a whirl and let you know what happens. Thanks for the help SEA!

I really liked this!!! I think you should just focus on what is important to you. the right person will find you one day.
(someone that doesn't need to be tricked into liking you.)

Ummm, love you to death Freeand2Sexy, but I have to agree with SEA on this one.

Zach, girls really do have weird minds. We always notice what we really want AFTER we've lost it's attention. Plus, we hate for others to draw away your glances. Then, we start to feel inferior and need to prove we aren't. I know it's crazyness, but girls are totally whack most of the time anywayz. Smitten one minute, bored the next.

Yeah. Too bad I learned that lesson the hard way. lol. Guys are just as confusing as girls. Both sexes can't seem to make up their mind apparently. lol. Thanks for reading and commenting on all my poetry. lol

much love,
