to many times my heart has been broken im tired of you thinking im a ride he use me once,and again, and again GO AWAY!!!i dont want your token too many times i have been a fool a fool to the world i hated the day that i learned the truth i wanted to think that it would be the same to bad we grew apart... to many times i have hurt so bad i wish that it didnt hurt when you feel so sad to many times i have wanted to say something that couldn't be said i didnt get a fair chance to say i miss you i wish i could once again see you i wish that i got a chance to kiss you one last time before that day... to many times i have thought this in my head every day when i wake up and every night when i go to bed all the time every place any time all i want is to forget that i was the one wrong... by leah stonis |

Hi Leah Stonis, I must admit that broken hearted/regret poems are not usually my type of poetry; I like yours though. The raw emotions expressed in this contributed greatly to the poem. Instead of sterile words I saw images, something that has happened less and less frequently. I enjoyed reading this poem. I am looking forward to seeing more of your poems if they're anything like this one. Thank you for sharing. Stargal |
