She’s crying and she’s sighing
She feels a swirling motion,
She thinks life has far too much emotion,
Her eyes are bloody red,
Her tears rain down in torrents.

She’s crying and she’s sighing
She’s about to say goodbye.
She’s crying and she’s sighing
She’s about to say goodbye.

The days for her passed by too fast
When her life was filled with color,
But some part deep inside her, knew it was too good to last
She fell in love and as love so often does so often does,
She broke her heart.
In the darkness of her lonely life,
In a dark corner of her house, on a solemn desk
Stands a vase filled with water that bares the reminder of her past,
A past she seems unable to escape.

Her bloodshot eyes are crying out her soul,
Her wounded heart is dying.
She’s crying and she’s sighing
She’s about to say goodbye.
She’s crying and she’s sighing
She knows not what to do
So many ways to say goodbye,
Only a few ways to keep herself alive.

He’s screaming deep inside,
Though none sees his dying side,
He’s butting his head against the wall,
Unable to say, unable to speak of his wound deep down inside.
Unable to take more he throws himself upon his bed,
Curls up and starts ‘crying
Tears of Blue sapphire,
Screaming and crying,
Yearning and moaning, hoping, and lonely,
He feels himself burning with black regret and red frustrate,
As he keeps on crying tears, of blue sapphire.

In a drawer of maple wood,
Lies a small treasure chest of oaken wood, finely furnished,
Of which inside lie photos long cherished,
Poems never read written in the time long ago,
When happiness ruled
The skies, the seas, the Earth, his world.
Until something changed,
He yearned to speak of love he felt,
Yet all he spoke was spite.

His lips are quivering
And tears are running down his face.
He knows not what to do
No matter what he does he finds he can not forget,
The pain is far too great, and he can’t help but feel the need say goodbye.

They’re tired of waiting and waiting
The agony is far too great,
The blade no longer the make pain fade away,
And by the time they speak it is far too late.

Crying tears of blue sapphire
And burning with black lament and red frustrate,
They feel the need the want to say goodbye,
To life’s mistakes which they repent,
Each and every dying day,
To the past which they can’t escape.

In some suburban town where most are unaware, unbelieving, and unknowing.
Dried and withered roses black and brown with age,
Can be found inside a gloomy vase, standing upon a solemn desk.
In a city far away, in a city by the coast
Known for its splendor and its wealth
With mainly people whom one may see most everywhere.
Inside what once was a loving home,
Inside a drawer of maple fair,
Lies a finely furnace treasure chest of oaken wood,
Locked forevermore.

They’re crying and they’re sighing
They know not what to do,
So many ways to say goodbye,
Yet so few to stay alive.

In some suburban town there lies
A letter, alongside a gloomy vase, that stands upon a solemn desk.
In some city by the coast there lies
A poem titled, “farewell forever”
On top of a drawer of maple fair with an inner oaken chest.

If only known, yet unfortunately unknown.
What matters now is the pain is fading,
They have finally tired of:
Crying and sighing, and sighing and crying,
And said aeternum vale to the world.

this one is sort of related to voyage to the land of the lost except that that one is older and this one is newer
