I have not written anything in a very long time, let alone posted in this place for, what has to be many years at this point. But I was going threw some of my older stuff and found this that I wrote a few years back and figured it was to dark for the open section, so i will post it here. Hope you guys like it. Tangled tightly in her web Thoughts tossing and turning in my head Trying to escape, this task is tough A test my will, calling my bluff A tempt of fate, a twisted tale Twisted together, I will prevail My mind is torn, what can I do? My attention snaps back, as the clock strikes two A door opens up, air touching my skin Tickles my senses, chills from within I start to scream, overwhelmed with fear My emotions are on a trip, my eyes start to tear Then I wake up, it was all a dream Subconscious reality, was not what it seems Tenderly I wipe the sleep from my eyes Staring out the window, at the star filled sky’s Hoping that when I fall back asleep That horrid thoughts, will not again creep… |

good imagery, I like the tittle too. {~~*~~} EmilyTheStrange {~~*~~} I have a pet unicorn...his name is Flavius, as in Flavius Belby. Flavius does not like gumballs.. |
