Bones is outside the
Paradise Lounge.

He spots a former client
walk into the restaurant.

The Paradise has nice tables,
with fine white tablecloths.

This client gave Bones
a particularly rough time.
He beat Bones like a dog.

Bones stands outside the lounge.

He waits until his former client
gets up to take a leak.

Bones dives under the table
the clients sitting at.

Bones has some big
strike anywhere
matches in his pocket.

He waits under the table
until the client sits down.

Bones shoves two of the matches
between the client’s sole
and upper leather shoe,
and lights the matchs.

The client gets up,
and starts hopping
around the lounge
like a wild man,
causing consternation
for the lounges other patrons.

The police are called.

Bones sneaks out,
and laughs his head off.

Yes, that's the way it's done. Of course the more matches you can manage to get in there, the better.

Don't try this at home, or with oily or flamable plastic shoes.

Yes they do.  I will have to find out if they are still avaliable.

I've just discovered they are avaliable.  You can get them through Amazon.

I used to enjoy striking them on my pants.  That was tough!
