           The Window Cleaners

Their pails were ready but the blinds were drawn
So the two cleaners lingered there still,
One thought of a ten dollar bet he’d made
And the other a dream to fulfill.

It was their first job at this fancy hotel
Where honeymooners were happy to stay,
They’d heard about many incredible sights
And with some luck they might see some today.

The previous cleaners had told many a tale,
There were some that might make you blush
For many newly weds had stayed in this pub
For everything was so modern and plush.

They decided to start, up on the third floor
And put their ladders up on the wall,
Then slowly & quietly they ascended the steps
With thoughts that could only appall.

Someone had finally pulled up the blind,
They thought that now they’d be back on the bed,
Then slowly expectant, they peeped over the sill,
What they saw was much better unsaid.

It made the mind boggle to see what they saw,
It was something that would blow you away,
Instead of a beautiful new married bride
What they seen was a couple of gays.

Oh dear, Lindsay!  How unPC.  You made me laugh because I could just see these two perverted window cleaners plotting ...

but, instead, they become the butt of a joke!

sheese, poor guys.

Window cleaners have caught me in a compromising situation before!!! ~ No, I wasn't having a fun time! lol It was a hot summer's day and I was stretched out naked on my bed having a nap!

LP ~ I love your sense of humour! ~ and it often has a naughty bent ~ and I like that!

Love you, my dear Aussie Man!
