Haven't been to this board in a while, but today this came to me and I wanted to share.

There is something else,
Beyond fish, moon and star and star,
Greater than the sum of all three,
Above human manipulation and corruption,
Distinct in its character, solid, real,
Fluid, ever changing,
It comes in the middle of the night and you just KNOW,
You are part of it, it IS you, we are all it,
Yet none of us alone is capable of putting it into words,
Description evades us, dances on and teases the edge of our tongues, the back of our minds, fades into oblivion,
Only inside your head can you begin to form a definition,
Not of words, but of thought, emotion and image,
Jeweled pumpkins riding horses and a fading feeling,
Ever accelerating until...
Then you know, there is something else.

I can feel the true inspiration behind this beautiful write, dear Peter. I know of these fleeting moments, when we KNOW without any doubt of something else, something so much greater than what we usually perceive.

Wonderful!!
