The snow is covering the pathway home, and night is growing near. The air is chilling cold and the sky is crystal clear. I watch to see familar sights as I hurry on my way. I see a ice covered stream where once I laughed and played. I've hurried down this path , a hundred times it seems. This once I pray, I make it home before I awaken from this dream. |
