As time goes on and we love and lose,
No-one really stops to think,
About the many people who,
Never get that kind of thing.

The people who, in love and war,
Simply get left behind,
Because of unatractiveness,
And it's many different kinds,

The reason for this tragedy,
They're simply just not fit,
Or maybe in their social lives,
They've been jostled round a bit,

That doesn't mean they don't deserve,
The same as all the rest,
It doesn't mean they shouldn't have,
An ending that's the best,

The moral of this story is,
Never judge behind,
Unatractiveness a cover or,
A veil of any kind.

personally, i don't believe everyone deserves (or will get) a happy ending, but i DO believe that no one should be summed up, judged, and brushed aside simply based on their looks. (and no one should be accepted based on their looks either.)

it's an unfair reality, but that's why art like this exists. to express the injustice of it, and hopefully, combat it.
