It’s a challenge I reckon; day three it would be
to write a love letter the old fashioned way
but time’s an illusion, we only have now
and so of my letter I’ll resort to e-mail.

But nothing is instant in this density
where laboured the breath and slow the body
and so of my words I'll think in some depth
and speak them now straight into your mind.

But mind is devoid of sensory perception
dull like a laggard analytically based
and so of my words I’ll feel them instead
and emotively speak straight into your heart.

But of heart I know it’s emotionally challenged
and sits like a block of well mixed cement
and so of my words I’ll hold them within
as something that’s simply not meant to be.

But the not meant to be an unfounded notion
with no basis in truth or original intent
and so of my words I’ll simply decide
to pen them on Pip … for the rest of my life.

But the rest of my life not long but too long
thinks rather just write a letter instead!

You know I've always been a fan of yours and I am so glad you are here sharing your poetry!! So long as you write your heart, you're good and I'm good too, because I am always flooded with feelings after reading you.

Hugs, Helen~

I shouldn't admit this, but I come to work, a little early, and one of the first things I do is look at the new postings to get my day started right.
I love the poetry that makes me think, reflect, ponder and smile.
Your work makes my work a little easier.
I enjoy reading you every day.
Keep me smiling,
Thank you,  W.T.

Dear Bluesy - Thanks so much!  I drowned a long time ago in "them there" feelings.  This is a ghost!

W.T. - Thank you!  I think I'm stuck in a ritual of writing "it" out but, of course, I'm still trying to figure out what "it" is.  Hmm?  "Me" I suppose - yes, I reckon I'm "it" but I can't absolutely and totally figure it out.
