“ON A SUNDAY MORNING”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
In night’s deepest silence dances a candles flame
entwined with moonlight upon a bedroom wall,
warm breezes enter searching without a sound,
sighing whispers are only heard, as you call…
A devils moon high brightens the darkened sky,
stars sway in harmony with rhythmic tones,
moonbeams embrace falling upon to touch,
as discarded lovers caress in ecstasies moans…
Morning’s whim brings sounds of contentment,
different to no longer listen to its heartfelt cries,
pleasure also returns yet not to be compared,
to your exquisiteness seen within of these eyes…
Thoughts are of memories on a Sunday morning,
of a night complete with lasting desires anew,
now as the sun rises from its deepest slumber,
again gently, I discover all the warmth of you…
Yo Bill,
"ecstasies moans", and on a Sunday morning?  Just shows what a person can miss when going to Mass.  Dear oh dear!
Dreamy and delicious, like steam rising in love's wake.
Beautiful poem, Bill Charles~
Dear Bill, Sunday no doubt is the perfect day to linger in dream atmosphere a little longer. This is delightfully sensual and enticing.
