Hidden within the vast darkness
lies pieces of a broken mirror
and this mirror reflects the reflection
of what is deep inside of yourself.

This mirror pierces through
the fake fibers, the false dictations
and shows the pure image
of what you truly are.

The reflection startles you,
for you have never seen
that actual beauty of yourself.

You begin to cry, and each tear
slides down heavily across your cheeks
as every whimper gradually turns
into wallowing and screaming.

Come into my arms, you don't need to cry
you don't need to put up a wall
when you are talking to me,
you don't need to put up a front
when you're speaking to me.

Come into my arms, and embrace
the reflection that I am showing you
Be, the real person you are
and not someone you're not.

It's good when we can be who we are... recognizing the beauty that resides deep within.

Beautifully written.

Love,

Life is truly a gift when you have someone to fall upon.
