There is nothing demented about this fine poem.  Just the opposite, it describes a very good and vivid memory.

so well done, just wondering how many times I have thought those thoughts...hmmmm...by extension am I in dementia...that's enough to ponder on for quite a while...thoroughly enjoyed your write...think I'll go back to my corner...

Intriguing that you title it dementia. I see it as survival/healing.
