.

Geese flying
In formations overhead
Snow white clouds
An autumn breeze

A blue jay’s cry
The horn
Of a passing train
Acorns falling
From the trees

Ah slender shadow
With the long blond hair
If you had only been
The girl next door
For a few more years

This morning alone
As I walk to my car
A whiff of burning leaves

John,

This is good work.  I think most people remember Junior High School as a hellish experience.
