When their eyes met Their eyes met ... just so, for no reason at all. Or did it happen out of an inner call? A soul’s desire perhaps that approached fulfilling? If a fraction of a second is enough to record the existence of affinity, they no doubt experienced it right then. His gaze made her lower her head in sudden shyness, just enough for him to realize there had been a spark of recognition. Something that stirred the blood to go crazy ... When she couldn’t resist the magnetic pull to refocus her gaze to meet his, they both stopped breathing for long enough to reveal their charming confusion. No words were uttered, but their worlds collided and they knew their lives had just shifted into a new dimension. They lopsidedly smiled at each other then, enjoying their mutual emotion and they marveled at an early sunset intensely reflecting on each other’s face ... * * * |

I've recently found a love in a distant land and she asks me to write about what it will be like when we first meet. I love how you've described this first glance. Not overly romantic, but true signs of nervousness, just beautiful! BRAVO!!! ENCORE! |
