To spend time in public is not a crime so I have no clue why they call it loitering
for to be apart of the world is a sacred right and should never be taken away.
to spend time with people, to party all night long is a good thing
so I have no idea why " lingering is loitering they say.

although honor and respect are to be adhered doesn't give them the right
to make it illegal to freely linger and have fun in dark and in light.
we in spirit have a right to be apart of everything and anything.
to be apart of everything is not loitering but is merely what makes your heart sing
to be apart of the world, to party all night long, to date your lover in the city
is not criminal, it's what we were meant to do and that's not at all a crime.

I do not loiter and bother.
I am just apart of everything.

You are right, if only everyone could manage freedom so wisely.
