Grey sky foretells an upcoming storm
in my teacup of personal drama
but this just a hiccup of life’s design
that seesaws my inner beliefs.

Up/down and it’s not like a joyride
that lightens the burdens inside
but a means to believe in the good/bad
and the duality of humankind.

It’s the spirit that bears down love
from the air of unconsciousness
and the legs of the dense physical
that pushes it back to the store of it all.

Like attracts like but love doesn’t care
who receives its constant bear down
because it’s programmed to be there
until it is activated.

But legs, the legs of who we are now
can’t conceive of pure harmony
and unbalanced push up enchained
in a bubble of nonchalance.

Please pity the ones who love
in the air of unconsciousness
because they are denied civil rights
by the legs of muscle, skin, bone
and so pity me because I love you
and my legs have grown tired, you know!

Your title fits your words so well  ... I learned the new word "seesaw" right now. I love it.

Again your ponderings are very captivating to my ears and to my soul.

To be aware of the ways of love is the first step to live it in its whole potential, I believe. And your legs will carry you without getting weary. No, there is no reason to pity you, for you know about love's nature, you ARE LOVE.

Excellent as always ...

Love and hugs.

Thank you, Margherita.  I'm still learning but have today learnt that love doesn't only bear down but lifts up to another plane - the plane where truth is known.

Larry - Thank you.  Up/down/round - It's all experience.

Thanks
Helen

Now you're getting just as confused as me ... but you're obviously in a good mood and that's good or as good as good gets when the mood is good.

Sometimes I don't know things until people tell me but even then I find them hard to believe.  That's not to say, however, that I'm not gracious enough to be appreciative and grateful for the input.

Thank you, Eric, for telling me!

Love
Helen
