A reptile rises up again
from the dark underground
and stealthily creeps into the light
to charm and draw the fruit of love
into its cave of deceit.

They can’t see the eyes; they’re blind,
they can’t see the tongue; it’s inside,
but like all the debased they’re pleased
to finally be perceived
as deserving human beings.

They follow the trail of “I am the man”
that leads off to the shadow lands
in the complete and utter belief
that paradise has blossomed and grown
in a reptilian brain.

Come all ye faithful unto the lie
that seeks now to be your guiding star
and be of good cheer for snakes have no fear
you’ll remember who rocked the cradle.

But I remember and very well know
reptilians may shed their skin
but what’s inside remains the same
from this world into the next!

Thanks, Lindsay.  It promises to be a long day but "great" may be reserved for another time.

Love

~ Oh, Honey, methinks a viper has bitten
thy loving hand. A snake is a snake ~ is a snake, no matter the skin it's in.

Loving hug,
Linda

Many are snakes underneath but the one I know isn't welcome in my space.  My son tried to tell me that the snake and I will always be energetically linked but I dismiss that completely.  Intent is a powerful thing - on an energetic level.

Thanks
Helen
