Forever In Your Heart

Sitting in soft, warm sand,
memories sift, passing through,
drifting as driftwood upon waves,

Walking with candle in hand,
moon hangs overhead,
i peer into the chapters,

Pages turning, corridors,
some full, some empty,
cobwebs hang , awaiting,

For your love to fill,
the spaces between,
inside these,
corridors of
my mind...

This was just wonderful my friend, I very much enjoyed the ponder and search within.

Walking with candle in hand,
moon hangs overhead,
i peer into the chapters,

Pages turning, corridors,
some full, some empty,
cobwebs hang , awaiting,

Have a wonderful day.

Thanks for stopping by Rick,
I took this photo knowing I was
going to write a poem about it!

as I was sitting there, I looked beyond,
the scope of things, beyond, to the end,
there is hope, and if you get through
the tunnel, you can see an end....beyond the horizon!

tunnel vision...

Hard to pass up one that incorporates the ocean.  I enjoyed the read and the thoughts behind this piece.
