Harvest

Inhale my essence
and keep your breath
just long enough
to know the bliss
of being one.

Then slowly exhale
and joyfully harvest
what is yours.

Yo dear Margherita,

Nice picture and poem.

Now try and tell me that's not William Tell's apple, shot off the head of his good son Walter.

Exquisite Margherita. I really admire your ability to gift us with this sensual brevity. Both the metaphor and the form are wonderful.
