As You Whisper In My Ear

Comforted by your thoughts
Those times I felt lonely
Wishing you could be here
As you whispered if only

I savoured your sweet words
Listening to what you say
As you expressed your love
So near yet so far away

Every time I hear your voice
In a loving sensual tone
Its like miles no longer exist
Speaking on the phone

While embracing every word
I even wiped away a tear
It feels like your next to me
As you whisper in my ear

I've never been much of a phone person myself but there are a few people that have that special voice
