Being a little street kid,
you’d think on first thought
that Bones would be used to
almost anything.

However,
he wasn’t used to this,
no,
not to this.

The pain was unbearable,
and yet
they kept coming at him.

He knew
he couldn’t survive it
at all this time.

As he screamed,
and called out for his Mother,
he succumbed.

Bobby

this is quite a captivating poem--but very vague, which does not give enough of the context and what was it that done Bones in!

i'd say this is a good start of a poem, but tell me more---i'd like to know.

Thanks Danny,

I'm sorry, I can't give anymore details.  I grew up with bones, we were good friends.

Thanks MOCindy,

What you say is very true.

Bones was just an average sort of person.

I just read your reply here. That's okay--sometimes private matter need to be kept or treasured.  Thanks though for the further info of this being about a friend of your, and your confidence as in the follow up poem of his blessed eternal destiny.

Thank you Bobby.  For many reasons, I am also glad that he called out for his mother - difficult to explain why, but I think that you may understand some of my reasons.

Thanks dear OwlSA,

He call out to "mother" because that's who raised him.  That's who I would call out to too.
