Pennsylvania

There's nothing there for me anymore.

His smile,

His laugh,

He's not there anymore.

Only his body neath the ground, slowly rotting away in it's grave.

And I will never get the chance,
to hold his hand, or see the sparkle in his eye.

And I will never get to kneel by his grave site, lay a single rose for him, and weep.

There is nothing there for me anymore,
except the body of Anthony
and the noose that swayed with his weight.

But one day, I will experience
his laughter, and our hands will entwine. Whenever the wind carries away my spirit, that
will be the day.

Will never again receive a call from you,

Never again shall I call you.

Never again will I hear your voice,

Never again will you be half-asleep, whispering
"I love you."

Never again shall you tell me who you have a crush on, and how bad work was.

Never again will we plan on what we will do when we see each other.

Never again, will you feel pain.

But one day, I'll look into your eyes, and know The Reason why.

Ouch.

This was so well constructed that I was in your heart feeling the pain along with you.

A great job on a sorrowful subject.
May the Peace still your heart.

What would you attempt to do...if you knew you could not fail?.

I could feel the pain in this poem. I hope things get better for you. I know how it feels to miss someone.

Thank you for your concern, I'm glad I could make you feel something from the poem. No worries about me, it was awhile ago and I did not even meet him in person, it was just a raw feeling that he actually did that and it took me a month to figure out >.< Thanks for reading, though.
