Dawn wears a pink slip
bathing in the morning mist
windy mountain peaks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Slated blue iris'
awash with yellow sunflowers
reflect golden glints.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Dusk softens the clouds
airbrushing the western sky
blowing cool breezes.

Lori, those are three of the loveliest haiku that I have had the pleasure of experiencing ~ Therefore, I must tuck them away to be savored again and again!

Love to you, Bluesy One!

How very, very lovely are these~

My favorite -

'Dawn wears a pink slip
bathing in the morning mist
windy mountain peaks.'

I definitely agreed with what the others say. A tribute to nature in such wonderful way, like these poems. Prasad

*smile* One of my favorite poetry forms.  I love how you must work to choose just the right words to propel the imagery and the feelings behind them.  You do it justice, Blues!
