Painting done by Me.

Twenty Five Days

She wanted to see us so badly,
With great hurry she came into this world,
With her tiny, sparkling eyes, she saw me carefully,
The weather outside was very cold.

For her my dad bought a woolen sweater,
Wearing that sweater may be she felt a little better,
She was very tiny, tender and soft,
Suddenly she developed severe cold and cough.

That night my mom had nightmares,
Like they both entered a demons lair,
She woke up immediately and held my sister with hands bare,
My sister hardly moved or stared.

After that night she never saw daylight,
She left me alone in the worldly fight,
For twenty five days, she stayed with us,
She rode back to heaven on an early bus.

Oh, how sad for your parents and you, to lose her so soon.
Thank you for writing such a tender euology, and sharing her spirit with us.

Might I start off by congratulating you on that fine piece of art that you did! ~ Your little angel sister riding back to heaven on a bus.

A touching, tender, and exceptionally loving write. A loss such as your family's will be with you always but hopefully with the passing of time, so does some of the pain.

Sending you a warm, loving hug,
Linda

Prasad,

How deeply I feel this.  And the picture is perfect and so well done.  You are a very talented man.  You are also very compassionate and we are blessed that you are here to show us your heart.

Hi Vic, it was a traumatic experience to my parents and I was just a two year old kid that time. Prasad
