Since two days, India as been peppered by bomb blasts many have lost there dear ones, Bangalore the place I live, for the first time is also fallen prey to this and I have seen it happen right in front of my eyes.

A never ending fight,
Innocent humble lives taken,
A fight, a war I cannot understand,
Why it’s been fought.

All these years,
I have heard about it,
Today I’ve seen it,
Felt it, like never before.

Thirty five bomb blasts,
In a couple of days,
Thirty one people died,
More than hundreds injured.

Cries of grieving mothers,
Tear drops have dried,
In many eyes,
Drop of blood still fresh.

Cries of little children,
Do these heartless demons,
Dance to the music of death?
Feed on fear, feed on someone dear.

A never ending war,
A never ending fight,
I can’t understand the reason,
Terrorism has no season.

Yo my friend Prasad,

I am very sorry to hear this.  I have consulted in India many times, and love the people, and the country.

This is very sad, and I sympathize with everyone there.

Angelo says hello.

Prasad,

My heart truly goes out to you.  I wish you had never been touched with such horror.  I am lucky to live in a world that still does not include bombs blasting off in my neighborhood.  It's a blessing that I often give thanks for.

Prasad, know that we are here for you.  I hope that you can find healing in poetry and international friendship.

You are in my thoughts.

I have been hearing about this on the news, my heartfelt sympathy to you and the people of India, Prasad. No one deserves to live with that kind of fear and destruction. And for what?

Prasad my friend, I can't tell you how sad I feel for you and all the people who have been affected by terrorists bombs and as Ida said, for what. If people could only live in peace, what a wonderful world it would be. I hate to say this but the main cause of trouble is religion, I'm sure God
doesn't want the tragedy and mayhem that by some, is carried out in his name.

(((((Prasad))))), I am so sorry to hear of these deathly attacks. Your poem about these dramatic events brings great sadness. May humanity awaken to Love, it's the only way ... History doesn't seem to bring enlightenment. Religious fundamentalists work against harmonization and peace, by nurturing feelings of hatred, instead of tolerance and love.

May you and your people be safe.

Love and peace.

Hi Bobby, I am glad you love India and its people. I know all these years I have seen it happen everywhere and now I saw it happen in my own place; luckily RDX was not used in Bangalore blasts however it was used in Ahmadabad blasts. The feeling is a mixer of fear and agony. Thank you for the article. I read it. Thanks Bobby. Say Yo to Angelo from my end. Prasad

Lindsay, I agree god never wants all this, it’s just in the name of religion innocent minds have been poisoned and led to a wrong path. The world surely would have been a paradise without all this. I am feeling sad too about this whole thing, thank you for bringing up this point. Prasad

Hi Margherita, i wish for the same may humanity awaken to love and peace. Previously only the uneducated were getting involved in such acts of terrorism. Now a day’s the well educated are ones who are getting involved in these acts, it makes me feel sad even more. Things are turning to normal today, hoping for better days ahead. Thank you so much. Prasad, it is appalling that humanity can do this to itself!  Animals are so much more civilised than humans.

I don't believe that it is for religious reasons.  I believe that all religious wars and attacks are supposedly in the name of religion, but in actual fact are politically motiviated by whichever religious group - and that is not the same thing.

My heart goes out to you and your family and friends and compatriots.  What horror, anger, sadness and anguish you must all have gone through!  I know that it will take a very long time for you to work through the trauma, but may all of India eventually imbibe that peace that passes all understanding.

May God bless you all, and keep all of India safe from further attacks.

Prayers and tears of incomprehension

Hi Owl,
I agree animals are well tolerant and well behaved than many humans. Could be a political reason behind all this and a mask of Religion upfront. Yes, it will take some time before things get to normal. Thank you so much for your blessings. Prasad
