The day you leave I’ll need to find a place to close my mind But I don’t think anything will keep me from coming around You made me think of the life I wanted with you You seem to have a thought of something better I wanted to see you do better than what I am Which you did when I was along with you It was a pain that wouldn’t let up Every time I see you with him I feel like I fail I guess that’s what happened to me I found the girl I wanted But I couldn’t even ask her name I never thought that this pretty girl I would just let by I never thought that this pretty girl Wouldn’t notice who I am I want to get the name of this beautiful face If she does understand because she’s the girl that I want I want to learn of her fears And know everything about her Before she finds me less than everything around here |
