I am
in love
with Anne Sexton

her arms
aching on the oars

her breasts
small as diamonds

I am
in love
with Anne Sexton

whose heart
was a keg
in which love
was a sip

whose stomach
was greater
than the morsel
of god

I am
in love
with Anne Sexton

her eyelids
opening
and closing
like the gates
of a prison

damn, makes me want to write like this about the girl I love, and it made me think of her, which I thank you for. Wonderful devotional heartspeak and the descriptions make me smile.
