Writer Driven by the passion of the heart Creativity of the mind Interpretation of the world How I feel at the time Build words like new condos in the hood My gentrified thoughts Travel through a ball point pen Or a lead encased in wood With no erasers Because its impossible to unthink something Once its on the paper It's exposed to world Critiqued by admirers and haters These scriptures are just a memo That I existed... yo Written slang is a rebellion Against traditional literature F... the English teacher My brainstorm travels at two speeds Proactive and procrastination I never stop In my mind there is no box No type of regulations My creativity travels at the speed of inspiration I fiend to be inspired My output might slow down But it will never tire I'm a writer |
