For this pale
Blue day

The cool wind
Along my skin
That flows among
The summer green
Leaves upon the trees

Sparrows cardinals
In the morning sky
That single hawk
With outspread wings

All this and more
Yet most of all

The private lack
Of vicious company
To get between
You and me
