There will come a time
When I will smile at
Him
And he will know the artwork
Of the angels by his side.

There will come a time
When he will whisper he loves
Me
And I will know the tearful joy
Of a whisper meant for me.

There may come a time
When stubborn ways come between
Us
But we survive to learn
Building up that which made us.

for

There came a time
When we felt our love with
Bodies, Mind, and Spirit
And those beautiful, burning memories save us
At the times
We need them most.

Yes, indeed they do.  Sometimes it's hard to remember the "beautiful" when it no longer is but ultimately we are all grateful for it.

Enjoyed!

quote:
There will come a time
When I will smile at
Him

Your poem has a double innuendo.

Which is good.

Because it is meant to be interpreted
and it can be interpreted two ways.

One for the past

and one for the future.

Those who may know you, worry over you,
but darling, no one ever really "knows"
someone.

We believe we know our family; our friends; our acquaintances.

But sometimes, when we don't know ourselves,
is when we know us the best.

Because then we realize that we are all in a flux of learning just who we, and others, are.

Are you the same from day to day?

No.

Neither is anyone else you might encounter.

We are as rock solid as coral;

and we are as fluctuating as the wind.

We shift like the sands and seas;
and we really rely only on those who don't
aver their own gaze upon the unreality of life.

When there is a Come a Time in your life,
as there has been in mine; I know you will
treat it like the lady you are.

love you!

Those memories we save away in our beloved’s bank
do come in handy don’t they when our passion’s impoverished
and we don’t even have enough to make hearts meet.

Yes, sad are the moments, when we want only for whispers, said softly to our soul.
I think we can all relate with this.

Don't ever stop smiling Deb.

Hello, dear Debra, you are missed on Pip!

I just realized you were born on the same day as me, February 21st,  (you are much younger of course!), so I want to wish you a very Happy belated Birthday!

It would be nice to have you back on here. You are loved.

Love and hugs.
Margherita
