We moved on and went our seperate ways, I made it that way. Yet each time we spoke it was there, that sound in our voice that we missed something. Miles apart and with new people, just couldn't detach ourselves. Why was this, that we had to hear the others voice if even for a moment? Like a drug that had to be had, a yearning even from afar. Till one day it came to pass, that we closed the gap of miles. So scared and so afraid of hurt again, but can't let go. It is in our eyes, the way we look at eachother, the way we touch. The love never died, it just layed dormant for a spell. Oh how sorry I am that I did this too us, did this to you. Now you have given me a second chance, I will not run away again. I need that voice, those arms, Your Love. |
