One glance away from tear.
One touch away from collapse.
I'm sorry, I fear you saw all that.

I did what I wanted
in that early morning sky.
Neither caring nor thinking,
dancing, slithering, moaning cry

I need to get use to this new life
I have chosen to embrace.
This new way of being closer
yet still far enough away.

I missed your call and admit
I waited, noting personal
just hopefully concentrated

on repeat of that dance.

I love your writing. It's both passionate and intelligent and evokes strong feelings in this reader. Beautiful.

It looks like a dance bringing alleviation of the pain.

Wonderfully expressed, dear Susan!

That's nice.

It's not so much about the meaning of life, but what gives life meaning.

You know~

Thank you, I realize you are all very kind because this wasn't that great...but it was a purge...sometimes they are just for us.

I don't really know the 'story' of most of the folks who traverse these blue sands
along the Cybersea (although I'd like to) and, I usually comment only on the poetry
itself; however, I must wonder why such a lovely, talented lady seems so very sad?!

Lauren? I missed you!

Secondhand, The answer is simple I gave up on last forever love.  It isn't going to happen for me this life time.   but I am not sad in a general sense, I am actually a happy person with sad moments...aren't most of us?
