The pits is the bottom
doubled,

times two.

What is it

that you want me to do?

You won’t understand,

But it's the way that I am.
  It's how I've been made
        these pieces won’t fade.

It's a part of me.

YES, I said me.

You’re so wrapped up in
the depth of yourself;
you’re blind, you can't see
the all that we need

that all any of us need

is peace.

Release the anger, release the pain.
Man, I'm tellin ya

there ain't no shame.

There's only the truth of it all,
the honesty.

You are you
and I'm just me

but grace is found

in sweet release.

Wonderful in the truth that you write, Donna.  I am printing this for my self - a reminder that I can use too.

Love this and you can sing it to the tune of 'Instant Karma' (John Lennon)...

This is really quite compelling in its power, dear Donna!

Powerful ending, Donna...the 'sweet release' of letting go, which ends in acceptance.
